The patient was a 36 A and now is a 36 C. The procedure performed
was a bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy with augmentation,
and the post-op photos are 8 months later. The implants are
McGhan smooth-walled saline filled to 390cc. The patient lost
20 lbs. since the pre-op photos.
